About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Growth Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, directly engaging with customers, inviting them to our Experience Centre, and helping drive growth through strong relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Invite customers to visit our Experience Centre and explain the value proposition.
  • Engage with walk-in customers at the Experience Centre and ensure a positive experience.
  • Collect feedback and relay insights to the team for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and visit schedules.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with phone-based conversations.
  • A confident, customer-first mindset.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
