Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Executive at INTERCERT INC. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include creating and presenting proposals to prospective clients, collaborating with the business development team, understanding market trends, and supervising junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and sales strategy implementation
  • Proven experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with certification services, compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, CMMC, PCI DSS), and cybersecurity practices is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and take a leadership role when required
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the compliance, auditing, or certifications industry
