own client relationships, drive campaign performance, and work hands-on with AI tools
to unlock next-level results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing client communication on campaign performance
  • Running and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & more
  • Using NYX tools to analyze, and improve campaign efficiency
  • Delivering insights and strategies that directly impact growth

Who should apply:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
    with exposure to managing diverse campaigns across
    B2B and B2C
    , with a strong focus on
    e-commerce businesses
    .
  • Proven track record of working across multiple campaign types: search, display, shopping, app install, and engagement campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as
    CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, LTV
    , and ability to optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Platform expertise:
    Google Ads & Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads experience will be an added advantage).
  • Familiarity with
    AI-driven marketing tools
    and openness to adopting new technologies for campaign automation and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of
    Google Analytics (GA4)
    or similar web analytics platforms, with the ability to analyze user journeys and campaign impact.
  • Solid understanding of
    mobile app attribution tools
    such as
    Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch
    , and their role in multi-channel campaign tracking.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and
    client management skills
    , with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
