We're building one of India's fastest-growing

. Now, we're looking for a
hands-on Amazon Expert
who can own everything from listings to ads to A+ content — and turn Amazon into a high-performing revenue channel.
Salary Offered - INR 20,000/- to INR 40,000/- Based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
- Own the entire Amazon storefront: product listings, catalog hygiene, keyword optimization, and pricing.
- Monitor buy box, stock levels, and ensure 100% compliance with Amazon policies.
Performance Marketing & Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, and Video Ads
. - Manage budgets, bids, and campaigns to achieve target ACoS/ROAS.
- Use advanced tools (SellerApp, Helium10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics) for keyword research & ad optimization.
Content & Conversion
- Create and optimize
A+ content, brand store, and product detail pages
to drive conversion. - Ensure images, titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords are SEO-rich and consumer-friendly.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: sales, impressions, conversions, CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and repeat rates.
- Generate weekly/monthly dashboards with clear insights and action plans.
- Spot growth levers, troubleshoot dips, and stay ahead of competitors.
Growth & Strategy
- Scale ASINs profitably with new launches and category expansion.
- Explore and manage promotions, coupons, lightning deals, and events like Prime Day/Great Indian Festival.
- Collaborate with design, supply chain, and growth teams to hit revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of proven experience in
Amazon account management & performance marketing
. - Expert in
Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Sponsored Ads, SEO, and A+ content
. - Strong grasp of tools like
Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, DataDive
(or similar). - Analytical mindset: able to turn data into actionable growth strategies.
- Startup mindset: ownership, hustle, and ability to deliver results fast.
