We are looking for a Fullstack Javascript Developer responsible for the client side of our service. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a web app, with a focus on performance. Your primary duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app. You will work in a team with the back-end developers and communicate with the API using standard methods. A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.

What will you do at Fynd?

  • Build scalable and loosely coupled services to extend our platform
  • Build bulletproof API integrations with third-party APIs for various use cases
  • Evolve our Infrastructure and add a few more nines to our overall availability
  • Have full autonomy and own your code, and decide on the technologies and tools to deliver as well operate large-scale applications on AWS
  • Give back to the open-source community through contributions on code and blog posts
  • This is a startup so everything can change as we experiment with more product improvements

Some specific Requirements:

  • Atleast 3+ years of Development Experience
  • You have prior experience developing and working on consumer-facing web/app products
  • Frontend:
  • Strong expertise in and modern React patterns (hooks, context API, state management tools like Redux or Zustand)
  • Deep understanding of web performance optimization and browser behavior
  • Good grasp of component design systems and UI/UX standards
  • Backend:
  • Hands-on experience with (Express/NestJS)
  • Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
  • Exposure to microservices, event-driven systems, and distributed system design
  • Ability to understand and reason about complex systems, trade-offs, and bottlenecks
  • Experience working with API-first and configuration-driven architecture
  • Proven experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B product environments
  • Built or maintained platforms that scale across multiple tenants/customers
  • Exposure to integration-heavy systems (e.g., external APIs, webhooks, data syncs)
  • Understanding of multi-region deployments, caching strategies, and failover
