Overview The Fullstack Developer plays a pivotal role in our technology team, responsible for developing and maintaining both client-side and server-side components of our web applications. This position is essential for ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end technologies while implementing efficient, scalable solutions to meet user needs and business objectives. A successful Fullstack Developer will leverage their comprehensive knowledge of web technologies to create robust applications that enhance user experience, streamline processes, and drive digital innovation within the organization. With a strong focus on collaboration and communication across teams, the Fullstack Developer will contribute significantly to our development cycles, from initial design to final deployment, and ensure the system's overall performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement engaging user interfaces.
  • Develop server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Manage databases and write complex queries to handle data efficiently.
  • Implement RESTful APIs for front-end and back-end integration.
  • Utilize version control systems to manage code changes effectively.
  • Ensure applications are compatible across various platforms and devices.
  • Participate in code reviews and advocate for best development practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot application issues as they arise.
  • Maintain documentation for software architecture, code, and system configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Work in an Agile environment and engage in Scrum meetings.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Assist in the deployment and continuous integration processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with back-end frameworks , Express, etc.).
  • Proficiency with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of web services (REST & SOAP).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work or projects.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
