Talent Worx is in search of a passionate and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end components of our applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to deliver a seamless user experience while ensuring the server-side function is robust and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement user-facing features using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or
  • Develop and maintain back-end services using Java, , or other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure responsiveness and performance of applications across devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and improve the user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Experience with server-side programming in Java, , or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration practices.
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
