About the Role

As an SDE 3 – Python Fullstack, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers working on scalable web applications, backend services, and cloud-based platforms. You will be responsible for the technical architecture, team leadership, and product delivery, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers (Python, , , etc.).
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best engineering practices.
• Define and implement scalable system architectures for high-performance applications.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

• Own the end-to-end technical design for Python Fullstack applications.
• Optimize database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance.
• Ensure microservices-based architecture, CI/CD automation, and cloud scalability.

Team & Project Management

• Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent.
• Manage agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Technical Stack & Development

• Backend: Python, Django/FastAPI,
• Frontend: ,
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• DevOps & Cloud: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Tools: Git, Jira, Elasticsearch, Kafka

Performance & Security

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Monitor and improve system observability using logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in Python full-stack development (Django/FastAPI for backend, for frontend).
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and system design expertise.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with AI/ML, big data, or analytics-driven applications.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and edge computing.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time data processing.
• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech platforms.
