Growth Manager – E-Commerce Quick Commerce (Zepto/Blinkit) – Skincare Focus
The Growth Manager will spearhead Dermatouch's scaling efforts on leading quick commerce platforms, Zepto and Blinkit. This role entails crafting and executing data-driven growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue acceleration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in D2C and premium skincare brands, with expertise in assortment planning, digital marketing, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to rapidly enhance brand presence and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute channel-specific growth strategies on Zepto and Blinkit, driving new customer acquisition while optimizing retention and repeat purchase rates.
- Curate and optimize product assortment and merchandising focused on skincare by analyzing market trends, competitor insights, and consumer demand.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels including SEM, SEO, and social media to maximize sales, optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), and boost return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Build a data-driven growth playbook, leveraging analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GMV, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV) using platforms like Google Analytics, Shopify, and marketplace dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with brand, product, and creative teams to shape impactful product launches and campaign content.
- Oversee daily campaign and listing management, ensuring inventory alignment and promotional activities suit the quick commerce model.
- Drive partnerships, cross-promotions, and influencer marketing initiatives aligned with Dermatouch's skincare and e-commerce verticals.
- Manage channel P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, providing actionable insights and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on quick-commerce, e-commerce, and skincare industry innovations to identify and leverage scalable growth opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in e-commerce, D2C growth management, or quick commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical, project management, and data visualization skills, proficient with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of beauty/skincare category merchandising and consumer purchasing behavior.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities.
- Self-motivated, innovative thinker adaptable to rapid changes.
- Prior experience with Zepto, Blinkit, or comparable quick commerce platforms is preferred.
