Job Description: Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Position: Customer Support Executive

Industry: Frozen Foods / Food Products

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate or 12 passed is also fine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming food order inquiries from leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Connect with customers promptly, explain product details, pricing, and offers.
  • Process and confirm orders accurately in the system.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports for daily leads, order conversion, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order delivery.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into orders.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Basic knowledge of MIS / Excel (data entry, maintaining sheets, follow-up tracking).
  • Familiarity with Instagram & Facebook for handling lead inquiries.
  • Customer-centric approach with good convincing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer queries professionally.
