  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and order office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
  • Maintain records and databases, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating calendars.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.

Office Management:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
