Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Identify training needs, design learning programs, and manage employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and payroll coordination.
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
  • Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze HR metrics, and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
