About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken and organized Admin Executive to manage our front desk, coordinate with vendors, and oversee a small team of office boys/housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day administrative operations smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the reception.
- Answer calls, manage emails, and maintain visitor logs.
- Ensure the reception area and office premises are clean and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping materials, maintenance, and repairs.
- Track office inventory and raise purchase requests for required items.
- Supervise and manage office boys; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Manage courier (inward/outward) and office documentation.
- Support meeting room arrangements and office events.
- Assist HR/Admin teams with routine administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or front desk roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operations efficiently.
