Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads via calls, LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers (HR, Business Owners, CEOs, Managers).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SaaS Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and client handling techniques.
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple business terms.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience selling HRMS / ERP / CRM / Payroll software.
  • Experience in using tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or WhatsApp/Email outreach tools.
  • Knowledge of cold calling, account-based selling, or channel partnerships.
