As a Recruitment Specialist at Hire22, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the client needs who sign up on our portal. This role requires excellent communication, client relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of various sourcing techniques. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to finding the best candidates for the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates.
- Promote the company's brand and values to candidates, ensuring the organization is represented positively in the talent market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job descriptions, recruitment ads, and social media posts.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Relevant work experience in working with various job portals & Social hiring means.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and job marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri etc.).
- Excellent communication, Client interaction skills and client acquisition for paid conversions on the portal.
