Job Description: Sales Team Lead – Financial Products
Position Title: Sales Team Lead – Mutual Funds & Financial Instruments
Experience Required: 2–3 years in financial sales (mutual funds & other market instruments)
Team Size Managed: 10
Expected Salary: CTC 3-3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 sales executives.
- Achieve sales targets for mutual funds and other financial products.
- Train team members on various mutual funds, financial instruments, and latest trends in the market.
- Monitor individual and team performance, provide actionable feedback and set improvement plans.
- Build strong client relationships, identify prospects, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and suggest strategies for growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales of mutual funds or similar financial products.
- Sound understanding of mutual funds, equities, bonds, insurance, and other financial instruments.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- NISM Series V-A certification or equivalent (preferred).
