Digital Marketing Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to head our marketing initiatives across Paid Marketing, SEO, Branding, and Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a diverse team handling SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO), Influencer Marketing, YouTube Marketing, Creative Design, Packaging (Box Design), Rebranding, Google Ads (Shopping Ads), Microsoft Ads, Analytics (GA4), and Google Merchant Center.
This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in both Performance Marketing and SEO-driven Organic Growth, along with strong leadership skills to execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Location: Dighi, Pune
Number of Positions: 01 Only.
Salary Range: 50,000 to 70,000 In-had (CTC-6.7 LPA TO 9.15 LPA)
**Note -Salary No Bar for the Right Candidate with Experience and Especially Knowledge on the side of SEO (On Page & Off Page Methods) **
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with proven expertise in SEO + Paid Marketing.
Skills Required
- Strong expertise in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO) and Content Marketing and ecommerce content optimization.
- Proven success in Google Ads (Shopping Ads), Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Center, and GA4 Analytics.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing, YouTube Marketing, Creative Design, and Branding/Rebranding.
- Proficient in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional digital marketing team (SEO, Influencer Marketing, YouTube Marketing, Design & Branding, Paid Ads, Analytics).
- Define team goals, KPIs, and growth objectives aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure smooth execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and visibility.
- Oversee On-Page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, site structure, schema markup).
- Manage Off-Page SEO (backlink acquisition, guest posting, outreach campaigns).
- Handle Technical SEO (site audits, page speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, crawl/indexing issues).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to optimize blogging, product pages, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO-friendly content and creatives.
- Track and report SEO KPIs (organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, domain authority).
Influencer & YouTube Marketing
- Build and manage influencer partnerships for brand visibility.
- Drive YouTube channel growth through video SEO, content strategy, and optimization.
- Measure engagement, subscribers, and ROI from influencer and video campaigns.
Creative & Branding
- Manage Timeline design & packaging (box design) , and rebranding projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across web, ads, and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver visually appealing creatives.
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping Ads) and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Manage and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center for Shopping campaigns.
- Maximize ROAS, CTR, conversions, and customer acquisition through data-driven ad strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and monitor tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for SEO and paid marketing campaigns.
- Generate marketing performance dashboards with actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns continuously based on SEO & paid ads data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Increase in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
- Growth in Online Sales, ROAS, and Conversions from Google Ads & Microsoft Ads and a strategy to cut CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) to improve ROI and cut overall cost.
- Rise in YouTube subscribers, video engagement, and brand reach.
- High ROI from influencer marketing campaigns.
- Timely execution of design, packaging, and rebranding projects.
- Improved customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
