
Head Of Sales Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the Sugar, Ethanol industry.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Expand the company's presence by acquiring new clients and enhancing relationships
With existing ones.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plant heads,
Procurement managers, and technical heads.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any
Concerns.
Organize and conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with
Clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
3. Sales Performance & Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue
Growth.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
4. Industry & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions.
Develop a deep understanding of the companys product portfolio and its applications in
The Sugar and Paper industry.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.

Experience & Expertise:
years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in the Sugar, Ethanol or Sugar Product.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, pumps, or mechanical equipment used in
Sugar industries.
Experience in handling large-scale industrial clients.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and manage sales operations efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer requirements
Educational Qualification:.
An MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
