Job Summary:

Ivion Academy is looking for a passionate and energetic Academic Counsellor with strong interest in marketing and telecalling. The role involves guiding students about our Diploma and Certification courses and supporting admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with student enquiries.
  • Counsel students about various Diploma & Certification programs.
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective communication.
  • Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
  • Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Provide accurate course information and career guidance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (Malayalam)
  • Passion for marketing and telecalling.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compounding Incentive Structure

(Example Calculation)

Base Salary Up to 15,000 ( BASED ON PERFOMANCE )

Incentive (Admissions 1-5) ₹1,000 per admission 5×1,000 =5,000

Incentive (6th Admission) ₹1,500

Incentive (7th Admission) ₹2,000

Incentive (8th Admission ) 2,500

Incentive (9th Admission) ₹3,000

Incentive (10th Admission) ₹3,500

Total Monthly Incentive

Sum of Incentives

5,000+1,500+2,000+2,500+3,000+3,500 =17,500

Incentive Example for 20 Admissions:

Total incentive for 10 admissions: ₹17,500

Additional incentive up to 20 admissions: ₹62,500

Total Monthly Incentive (20 Admissions):₹80,000 per month (excluding base salary)
