Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Listing & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for uploading, managing, and optimizing product listings across our online stores. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for accuracy, basic knowledge of SEO/product keywords, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain product information (titles, descriptions, prices, images, SKUs, attributes) across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).

Ensure all listings follow brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and marketplace compliance policies (Google Merchant, Amazon, etc.).

Conduct basic keyword research for product titles and descriptions.

Manage spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for bulk product uploads and inventory tracking.

Proofread listings to ensure accuracy in grammar, pricing, and product details.

Upload and optimize images (resizing, renaming, alt text).

Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for new product launches.

Perform routine audits to correct errors, update stock levels, and improve listing quality.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CSV uploads.

Knowledge of Shopify, Woo Commerce, or Amazon Seller Central (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage repetitive tasks without compromising quality.

Good written English for crafting product descriptions.

Basic understanding of SEO/product keywords is a plus.
