About the Team: Paytm is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to expand our presence in the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions market
Job Descriptions: Responsible for the Sales enrolments/Sales in the city * Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers, * Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales , * Ensure the team members are in the market where enrolments & usage are done regularly * Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas * You will be responsible for building strong relationships with merchants, understanding their payment needs, and providing tailored EDC/POS solutions that help their businesses thrive * This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution, and team collaboration
Key Role: Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet Corporate goals* Objectives: Build a Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.* Build and maintain relationships with key client Personnel
Requirement/Expectation: Graduation is a must Experience in sales and similar roles Experience of loyalty business Set and track sales targets for the team Review of Sales Team Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas Good communication and leadership skills Knowledge of Excel (Optional
