1. Compensation and Benefit System Management - 40%

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing total rewards programs, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits packages. Conduct market research to ensure the organization's offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support rewards initiatives and projects. Administer employee compensation and benefits, manage payroll, handle employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations. Support the annual performance review process by analyzing data and recommending merit increases and bonuses. Stay updated on legislative changes and market trends, making recommendations for adjustments to total rewards as needed.

2. C&B Daily Operation Management - 30%

Manage the daily C&B activities such as payroll process, merit increase, bonus, budget, promotion actions and benefits administration etc. to ensure compliance with C&B strategy, support company business needs, and meet information security requirements. Identify problem in daily work, propose improvement plans to Manager and work with payroll vendor to make the changes to ensure payroll process runs smoothly.

3. MIS & Reports - 20%

  • Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the management.

  • Create dashboards using Excel, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reports.

  • Generate and Publish BI/ Excel reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) based on Management requirements.

  • Create Templates and reports based on requirements.

  • Extract reports from various digital Platforms, creating VBA/Macros.

  • Manage and delivery the reports with high accuracy and in a timely manner.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on rewards metrics and program effectiveness for senior leadership, while also educating employees on rewards programs through training and informational materials.

  • Timely review of data maintenance and accuracy.

4. Statutory Compliance - 10%

  • Support team with various projects & initiatives including new legislation in employment law & updating relevant ER policies and practices.

  • Review and analyze compliance data; Prepare compliance reports as needed including governmental, internal, and audit compliance reporting.

  • Support on all the internal and external audits.
