Job Summary:
The Senior Compensation Analyst role is part of the Diversified Global Total Rewards team primarily responsible for administering, maintaining, and in some cases, designing and managing compensation policy, programs and procedures designed to continuously improve Diversified's talent acquisition and retention capabilities worldwide. The position serves as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders on fundamental compensation analysis, comparative talent market assessments, wage and hour employment law compliance.
To be successful in this role, significant experience with data management and reporting, comfort performing moderately complex analytics in Excel, highly confident attention to detail, general ability to work in an intense global environment, influencing stakeholders' skills, and navigating ambiguity are critically important.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Administer, maintain, and support global compensation programs and procedures, including base and incentive pay, compensation survey management, talent market comp analysis, and ad-hoc job analysis for all types of projectsProvide analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metricsParticipate in and provide data input to multiple compensation surveys and total rewards trends surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive positionEvaluate US-based jobs for federal wage and hour complianceDevelop and implement methodology to analyze global pay equityReview and recommend salary placements for new hires, internal transfers and promotionsDevelop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensures compliance with global regulatory requirementsMaintain compensation data integrity in ADP and/or other HRISMonitor, advise, and administer various incentive and commission programsConsult internal and external stakeholders on local market compensation expectations, industry best practices and compliance demands for all countries where Diversified operates.Engage management and functional leaders in Talent, HR, Operations and Sales as a business partner, problem solver, and mediator in the design, review and enforcement of business rules in areas of compensation policy and practiceAssist in the development and dissemination of effective communication materials that enhance the understanding and value of compensation programsProvide information to employees, managers and Human Resources C Talent Acquisition regarding compensation programs and practices in support of the objectives and operation of the businessHelp drive design, development, and administration of total rewards policies, programs, and procedures at Diversified in support of global initiatives.What You Will Need To Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or other discipline involving the intersection of people and statistics;5+ years' experience as Senior Compensation Analyst in a mid-to large sized global organization in a role requiring and acquiring demonstrable expertise in Compensation; understanding of finance fundamentals, statistics, cost analysis and computation and their impact on total rewards design, practices and administrationAdvanced skills required to manage, analyze and report data using Excel, SharePoint, and payroll, talent management, human capital systemProven expertise completing and submitting data for compensation surveysExperience project managing or significantly contributing to the development, localization and implementation of total rewards programs, projects or initiativesProven ability to focus on details and deliver high-quality, accurate resultsProven ability to adapt and overcome challenges by staying engaged, understand a business model and its operations to effectively recommend and implement total rewards programsProven expertise in effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines to ensure consistent on-time response to stakeholder queries.What We Offer:
