Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist located in Lucknow. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications as prescribed, providing patient counseling, and ensuring medication safety. The Staff Pharmacist will also manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare providers, and oversee pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy and Pharmacology knowledge, including drug interactions, side effects, and proper usage
  • Ability to perform accurate dispensing and labeling of medications
  • Strong communication skills for patient counseling and collaboration with healthcare providers
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory management
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree
  • Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Uttar Pradesh
  • Previous experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting is a plus
