Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Promotion:

- Promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct presentations to healthcare staff about the company's products.
- Organize and attend medical conferences and educational meetings.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Address client inquiries and provide product information.
- Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpret, present, and discuss this data with healthcare professionals.
- Provide detailed information and answer questions about the company’s products.

4. Sales Target Achievement:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and market share goals.
- Implement sales strategies to increase product awareness and sales

5. Market Research:

- Monitor competitors’ activities and products.
- Gather and report information about market conditions and product performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends.

6. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Manage expense budgets effectively.

7. Compliance:

- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about the latest regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
