Sales Development Representative (India Market)

Markets: Domestic

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–3 years

What you'll do:

  • Prospect and build connections across domestic market for ServiceNow and similar business platforms
  • Lead generation, cold calling, and managing leads via CRM, sales&marketing tools
  • Close potential business for ServiceNow and similar solutions in collaboration with field sales and marketing teams
  • Acquisition of new logos and retaining existing logos
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales or IT lead generation, preferred with ServiceNow, Freshworks, Manage Engine or Salesforce solution selling experience background
  • Skilled in prospecting, cold calling, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communicator who thrives on connection-building and sales closures
