Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• This is a system Analyst role and, so it is important to understand overall SAP system landscape including Roles and authorizations design for all the SAP modules in S4HANA, GRC, PI/PO, Solution Manager etc.,
• This is a global role, so should be flexible to support or help users in different time zones, as needed.
• Subject Matter Expert for IT for SAP Security and GRC activities.
• Experience in GRC access control, Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR), and segregation of duty (SoD) mitigation and remediation.
• Design and implement new authorization concepts in collaboration with business departments and IT stakeholders.
• Manage SAP role design, administration, and analysis.
• Perform SAP user administration following approved procedures.
• Integrate SoD conform processes and perform authorization validation.
• Initiate, plan, and implement relevant projects.
• Meet all task deadlines assigned.
• Implement and maintain the roles in multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, Quality, Sandbox, and production).
• Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
• Introduce technical and design changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves SAP access standards of each SAP instance.
• Design and implement an optimal SAP Security Process by implementing SOD processes.
• Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.
• String understanding SAP roles and profiles architecture / SOD concept
• Distribute the online SAP user workload and monitor and manage the SAP background job workload.
• Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances.
• Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.
• Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
• Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades.
• Apply and migrate SAP maintenance (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.
• Lead and participate Disaster recovery process for SAP environment.
• Provide status reports for projects to management.
• Lead/own and/or participate in multiple projects at the same time by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; stakeholder communications, weekly status reporting, adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing business relationships.
• Day-to-day functional support in the areas of SAP Basis is required.
• Work cooperatively with technical or application personnel across IT globally to accomplish enterprise-wide goals.
• Develop expertise to work with business vendors to resolve day-to-day problems or make process changes.
• Learn and keep up to date with technology trends in the industry.

Skills:

• Functional specialty in GRC Access Control and Application Security.
• Familiarity with Fiori Artifacts, SAP ERP, and SAP Activate project methodology.
• Experience with IDM 7.2 / 8.0 applications and components.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Security and SAP GRC Suite.
• Knowledge & Experience in SAP Basis Monitoring.
• Knowledge of interfacing with Content server, PI/PO and GRC system is required.
• String understanding of Solution manager capabilities for alert / system management capability.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori system set up.

Experience:

• 12+ years

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience required
