Availability: Immediate Joiner PreferredJob Description:We're looking for an experienced ERP Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale ERP implementation and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver complex, fully integrated ERP environments such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects across multiple business units.
  • Manage and align multiple vendors and internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) for seamless project execution.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and manage associated risks and dependencies.
  • Oversee ERP integrations, data migrations, and module interconnectivity to ensure robust system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ERP design and functionality align with business objectives.
  • Drive go-live readiness, testing, and change management to support successful adoption.
  • Ensure governance, reporting, and compliance with project standards and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in ERP-related processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in ERP Project Management (preferably on Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong understanding of ERP functional modules, integrations, and technical architecture.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage global stakeholders in a remote setup.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain ERP environments.
  • Exposure to cloud-based ERP deployments and middleware integrations.
