Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead, Business Relations to join our team who has a minimum of 4 years of working experience in the corporate gifting industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients to understand their gifting needs and preferences.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of gifts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to maintain a positive partnership.
  • Work closely with clients to customize and personalize gift offerings based on their brand and preferences.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure the accurate execution of customized orders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving our corporate gifting services.
  • Managing the day - to-day activities of the team
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Team Management , Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business relations, account management, or sales within the corporate gifting industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with market trends and a proactive approach to business development.
