
IT Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Sales Manager with 5-10 years of proven expertise in IT solutions and services sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT products, solutions, and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff to enhance performance and team results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of IT solutions, software products, cloud, networking, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic accounts and manage C-level relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in enterprise/solution sales (ERP, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, SaaS).
- Exposure to international markets and large enterprise accounts.
- MBA or relevant certifications in sales/IT.
