Job Title: Service Sales Executive

Job Location- Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Service Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling cybersecurity and IT service solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across cybersecurity, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed service sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity offerings and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote cybersecurity and IT service offerings.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as cybersecurity, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and managed services.

  • Engage with clients to understand their security challenges and propose suitable service solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed service proposals, presentations, and quotations.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable margins.

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful service deployment and client onboarding.

  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Track and report sales activities, leads, and pipeline updates through CRM tools.

  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and competitive landscape.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in service sales within cybersecurity, IT services, or technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, SOC, SIEM, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.

  • Ability to build and maintain client trust through technical and commercial expertise.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
