Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager IT Sales to drive business development and client engagement in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services or software sales. This is a client-facing role requiring regular on-site meetings and proactive relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new customer acquisition for cybersecurity solutions across industries in the Mumbai region.
Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to demo coordination, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and other key decision-makers to identify cybersecurity pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver high-impact solution presentations and PoCs.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Travel regularly across NCR for client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Key Skills Required:
Experience in Cybersecurity Sales / IT Services Sales / Software Solution Sales.
Strong understanding of the B2B enterprise sales process.
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with a strong sales mindset and ability to manage field sales independently.
