Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Manage the entire admission funnel from enquiry, school tour, and follow-up to final conversion.
  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets through proactive engagement.
  • Identify new channels for lead generation including community outreach, social media, and referral programs.

2. Parent Counselling & Communication

  • Conduct personalized counselling sessions with parents and students to understand their needs and present Aikyas offerings effectively.
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and online enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Maintain high conversion rates through persuasive communication and relationship building.

3. School Representation & Events

  • Represent Aikya World School during open houses, exhibitions, and school events.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives to promote brand visibility and awareness.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update enquiry and admissions data in CRM/excel sheets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and trends.
  • Provide insights to the management for strategic planning and campaign improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluent in English (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive speaker with a parent-centric approach.
  • Confident personality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data management and CRM tools.
  • Passionate about education, children, and community engagement.
