ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic planning, business growth initiatives, and operational efficiency across the HVAC product division.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including Production, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Contractors, EPC Companies, MEP Consultants, and Channel Partners.
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational development.
  • Drive new product innovation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement culture.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations to shape business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and operational excellence frameworks.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Education:
    B.E. (HVAC) / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical specialization.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 15 years of senior-level leadership experience in the HVAC / Building Materials / Industrial Manufacturing domain.
  • Strong expertise in large-scale operations, multi-plant leadership, business strategy, and team management.
  • Proven track record of scaling business performance and driving organization growth.
