One standout intern from the QA/QC cohort may be selected to join Axlerator's Founder's Office, working directly with the founding team on:

  • Quality dashboards

  • Strategic workflow audits

  • Process optimisation

  • Cross-department operations alignment

  1. Review and validate inspection data for accuracy and completeness.

  2. Perform quality checks on vehicle inspection photos, videos, and reports.

  3. Assist in standardizing QA/QC processes and reporting formats.

  4. Identify operational gaps and suggest corrective measures.

  5. Work with the Operations, Inspections, and Tech teams to ensure consistency in output.

  • Students from Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related fields.

  • Ability to analyse data, identify inconsistencies, and propose improvements.

  • Familiarity with vehicle components (basic level) is a plus.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
