Job Title: QA Manager (FMCG & FOOD Industry)

Location: Mathura, U.P

Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG/Food Industry

Job Summary:

The QA Manager with minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or Food Industry will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance systems and food safety compliance at the Mathura manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring products meet regulatory standards, implementing quality control processes, leading internal and external audits, Staff Management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the factory. Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate quickly.

Responsibility:

· Manage relevant quality standards, e.g. ISO 22000: 2018 to ensure food safety, statutory & Company standards are maintained.

· Co- Ordinate all Food Safety Training and Refresher training.

· Ensure the delivery of product for sale within specification.

· Co- ordinate external audits/visits to ensure positive outcome e.g. Liaise with external bodies in relation to food safety issues.

· Monitoring factory and staff hygiene standards on at least a daily basis and informing production/cleaning staff of any areas that require attention.

· Work directly with production supervisors/managers and prepare regular management reports and trend analysis.

· Ensure the necessary product testing is completed on time (Including Micro / Swabs / allergen / speciation analysis etc.), maintaining suitable records & trends and communicating non-conformances appropriately and conducting root cause analysis reports.

· Verify all the RM-PM are received as per specifications.

· Manage performance of Team members, setting goals and objectives and measuring outcomes.

· Undertake any other duties, as considered by the Directors to be within scope of role.

· Ensure that equipment calibration is carried out as required.

· Ensure suitable product traceability records are maintained throughout the supply chain and maintaining a product recall system.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or Food industry quality assurance.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and audit processes.

· Basic Computer Knowledge with MS Excel and MS Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mathura, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
