Job Designation: ETP Chemist / Operator

Location: Chhata Rural, Mathura

Department: Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Industry: Packaged Food / Frozen Food / FMCG

Key Responsibilities

ETP Operations

  • Operate and monitor ETP units: pumps, blowers, aeration tanks, equalization tanks, dosing systems, sand/carbon filters.
  • Maintain proper flow rate and ensure smooth plant operation.

Water Quality Testing

  • Perform basic tests: pH, TDS, TSS, DO, turbidity.
  • Assist in sample collection and daily quality checks. Handle important chemicals as per requirement and Maintain records of chemical consumption.

Monitoring & Documentation

  • Maintain daily ETP log sheets and parameter reports.
  • Monitor effluent quality and escalate deviations to the supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment readings, backwash schedules, and dosing logs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.sc (Chemistry) or relevant trade
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in ETP operations (preferably in food/FMCG sector)
  • Basic lab testing knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
