Job Requirements

Key activities

  • Drive investigations and initiatives as needed to facilitate data sharing requests to safeguard and create value from Volvo Group data assets
  • Maintain, create and implement data sharing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and security
  • Strengthen and further develop the external data sharing process within GTT
  • Build GTT-wide awareness and competency in external data sharing
  • Participating in Data Governance and Data Management activities

Skills:

  • Privacy Management Software: One Trust, , etc.
  • Privacy Framework: NOREA, NIST, etc.
  • Privacy Regulations: EU GDPR , DPDA
  • Industry Standards: ISO 27001, ISO 21434
  • Data Privacy Modules: Assessment Automation, Data Mapping, TPRM, Data breaches,
  • Privacy by Design, DSARs, Cookie Consent Management
  • Cybersecurity Modules: Access Controls, Security Principles & operations, Network security, BCP, Incident Management

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 12+ experience
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in information technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data management and sharing
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations
