Role: Field Sales Engineer (Freshers Welcome)

Were hiring fresh engineering graduates who are energetic, ambitious, and ready to take on the challenge of scaling solar adoption in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residential, commercial, and institutional clients in assigned territories.
  • Educate prospects about solar solutions, financial models, and long-term benefits.
  • Generate leads, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare basic project reports with support from the technical team.
  • Work closely with the core team to bring solar to the masses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (Engineering background preferred).
  • Two-wheeler is a must for field movement.
  • Freshers may apply; sales aptitude and enthusiasm are more important than prior experience.
  • Full-time commitment (we are not hiring interns).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Go-getter attitude; should not just believe in a 9-to-6 job but in working towards a larger cause.
