We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician with hands-on experience in solar energy project execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both technical and on-site project management aspects, with the ability to lead site teams and ensure smooth, timely installation of solar systems.

Key Responsibilities


• Execution and installation of Solar structure as per design.


• Supervise and coordinate site teams, contractors, and vendors


• Manage material logistics, stock, and on-site inventory


• Oversee structure fitting, module mounting, and cable routing


• Perform AC and DC wiring and ensure compliance with electrical standards


• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of inverters, breakers, and protection systems


• Monitor project progress and report to office


• Ensure safety protocols and quality control during execution


• Interact with clients and project managers to report site development

Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field


• 2 years of experience in solar energy projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)


• Strong command over electrical systems (AC/DC) and solar technology


• Proficiency in handling tools, meters, and installation equipment


• Knowledge of solar structures, inverter systems, and BOS (Balance of System)


• Ability to read and interpret electrical and solar drawings


• Strong team management, communication, and documentation skills


• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
