
Service Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to support our solar operations and maintenance team. This role involves coordinating service schedules, communicating with customers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing administrative support to technicians and management. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the efficient functioning of our solar service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch field technicians for maintenance, troubleshooting, and service calls.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, technicians, and internal departments.
Monitor and update service tickets, job statuses, and completion reports in CRM or service management software.
Coordinate procurement of replacement parts, tools, and equipment for service tasks.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and equipment service history.
Ensure all service work complies with safety standards and local regulations.
Assist in warranty claims, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
Prepare reports on service metrics, team performance, and customer feedback.
Support technicians by managing permits, job documentation, and communication with utility providers when required.
Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a coordinator role in a technical or field service environment (solar/renewables a plus).
Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and general maintenance processes is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
