Job Description Job Summary: The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of customer service operations, including scheduling, communication, and quality assurance. This role ensures smooth service delivery by acting as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal departments while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent client support. - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels and maintain accurate client service records. - Schedule and dispatch technicians to client sites in a timely and efficient manner. - Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. - Respond promptly to any issues or service disruptions, providing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Conduct service quality assurance surveys, analyze customer feedback, and report findings to management. - Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer retention. - Provide guidance and motivation to the service team to maintain high performance levels. - Maintain extensive knowledge of the company's products and services to assist clients effectively. - Prepare and maintain reports related to service operations, performance, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required). - Minimum of 23 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related role. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
