We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Service Executive to join our team As a Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • PO booking and coordination with clients and production team

  • Coordinating with Prepress and clients

  • Managing and tracking orders using our ERP software

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Proactively pushing clients for more orders and growing our business

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Polite and customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Basic knowledge of ERP software (training will be provided)
