Role Purpose
The role is responsible for driving and managing Falcon and TRAID decision engines and oversee system audits, integrations of new data or information and contribute towards simplification of the credit and fraud risk strategies and their seamless execution.
Role Accountability
- Manage post-acquisition (TRAID) and fraud decision engine (Falcon):
- Analyze the problem statement and requirement and assist in formulation of business requirement for technical development and system implementation.
- Drive seamless and flawless system implementation or coding of the business rules and policies in these decision engines.
- Manage Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly policy/strategy change requirements/releases - through rigorous testing and validations; providing post implementation support in terms of identification and fixing of issues (if any); assessment of any impact due to system failures, breakdown, etc.
- Support key business initiatives/projects - integration of new data or information.
- Managing upgrades of these systems
- Responsible for undertaking regular audits of systems & creating adequate checks to ensure proper implementation of risk policies and processes while supporting and overseeing system audits.
Measures of Success
- Timely and accurate implementation of business policies & rules in these decision engines
- Fulfilling data requests within given SLA
- Process Adherence as per MOU
- Project Management through effective prioritization and multi-tasking
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Basic understanding of IT systems and risk decision engines and their interactions
- Hands on experience on decision engines - TRAID, Falcon
- Strong Coding skills; Knowledge of SAS/SQL/Python a strong plus
- Basic Understanding of card Policies and processes

Bachelors/ Master's degree (preferably in quantitative field or in Information technology, Computer Applications)
