Job Title:

Customer Renewal Executive – SBI Process

Location: Thane West, Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the SBI Renewal Process. The ideal candidate should have good communication and selling skills, along with a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer renewal calls and ensure timely policy renewals.
  • Educate customers about product benefits, offers, and renewal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow up for renewals.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Education: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English
  • Strong selling and persuasion abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

Experience:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or renewals will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Rotational
  • Cab Facility: Free pick & drop from Thane West Railway Station to office
