Experience: 12–20 years (with significant experience in real estate)
Education: MBA / B.E. / B.Arch / Civil Engineering or related fields
Job Summary:
The Business Head – Real Estate will be responsible for spearheading the overall business strategy, growth, and profitability of the real estate vertical. This includes end-to-end management from land acquisition, project planning and development, sales and marketing, to delivery and post-sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate development and business leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement business strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Identify new business opportunities including land acquisition, JV/JD models, and expansion into new markets.
- Drive innovation in project design, delivery, and customer experience.
Business Operations:
- Oversee project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Projects, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local development rules, environmental guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
Sales & Marketing:
- Drive revenue and profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Lead branding, marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and channel partner management.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Monitor ROI, cost optimization, and ensure fiscal discipline in project execution.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
- Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with company values.
Key Requirements:
- 12–20 years of experience in real estate development, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, development lifecycle, project finance, and sales management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
