Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to achieve sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries and follow up on leads effectively
- Build rapport with customers and generate interest in offerings
- Address objections professionally and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Support smooth onboarding or service delivery by coordinating with internal teams
- Prepare reports, call logs, and customer feedback as required
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month
