Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Bengaluru North. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient communication between the company and its clients. Daily tasks will include handling phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, providing feedback to relevant departments, and developing strategies to improve customer relations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Experience in the elevator or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
