Compensation (OTE): ₹6 L - ₹8 L Per Annum (Base + Variable)
Target: Achieve monthly revenue goals of ₹5 L - ₹7 L; acquire 3-5 new bulk B2B deals per quarter.

Our flagship product for the Pune market is a smart, remote-controlled personal parking barrier designed to optimize parking management and security in residential and commercial spaces.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and aggressive Senior Sales Manager to drive the B2B sales and market penetration of our smart parking solutions in the Pune region. This role requires strategic planning, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals with real estate developers, housing societies, and commercial property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Generate leads and execute strategic sales plans to secure bulk orders from builders, architects, facility management companies, and RWA (Resident Welfare Associations).
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and adjust strategies to meet aggressive revenue targets.
- Product Demonstration & Negotiation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts and pricing with a focus on value-added selling and ROI.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the sales pipeline, manage customer data effectively in a CRM system, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
