Key Points
- Handle client communications on email/call by providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders including design, product, operations etc. to ensure smooth functionality of the advertisement product / online listing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize qualified leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations for qualified leads, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Answer questions during demos and provide clear, persuasive explanations of product capabilities.
- Collect feedback from prospects during demos and communicate insights to product and sales teams.
- Work with sales representatives to ensure smooth transition and follow-up after demos.
